Former McKinsey Partner is New Zeta Global CGO

Zeta Global has appointed former McKinsey Partner Ed See as Chief Growth Officer, starting on February 10th and reporting to Zeta's President, Steven Gerber.

Zeta's platform helps clients to uncover consumer intent and personalize experiences. Its Marketing Cloud, launched in 2018, combines identity, intelligence and omnichannel activation, backed by one of the industry's largest proprietary databases. Three months ago the company announced it would acquire targeted marketing firm LiveIntent for a total consideration of $250m, and earlier this month it appointed Pamela Lord as President of CRM and promoted her predecessor in the role, Matthew Mobley, to COO.

See (pictured) brings more than three decades of experience in working with CMOs, the last eight of them as a Partner at McKinsey & Company's Marketing and Sales practice, guiding major brands in developing marketing, digital and analytics capabilities. Prior to McKinsey he was a partner at Deloitte, and also worked at research and analytics firms MMA and Symphony IRI. He began his career in 1984 at IBM, where he spent sixteen years.

Zeta says his priorities in the new role include deepening CMO and C-suite engagement, demonstrating the transformative potential of the company's AI-driven solutions, and helping businesses achieve measurable, high-impact marketing outcomes. He succeeds Will Margiloff who is moving to the role of Vice Chairman.
