Qureshi Market Research MD Bob Qureshi has opened a new facility in London's West End, offering eye tracking, dial testing and NeuroFocus services. The five-studio facility also provides access to a bar for use in drinks research projects.
The 'i-view London media lab' is a member of Premier Viewing Facilities Europe, which also includes Estudio Silvia Roca in Barcelona and Madrid, and Viewpoint Europe in Berlin, Frankfurt and Hamburg.
Qureshi (pictured) says the new lab has been designed to replicate a space where people consume media - more sitting room than research studio, where respondents can watch TV, play a console game, or pick up an iPad as if they were in their own home. He comments: 'We want clients to feel this is a destination they look forward to attending after a day at the office - not just an extension of their working day.'
The new service will be led by Studio Manager Naomi Ebeyer, who previously worked at Viewpoint Field Services, Ipsos MORI, Illuminas and ORC International.
