US-headquartered real-time consumer behavior specialist First Insight has opened offices in London, UK and Chennai, India. The firm has also added twelve new currencies and ten new languages to its Customer-Centric Merchandising platform.Through this platform, retailers and brands can incorporate the 'Voice of the Customer' into the design, pricing, planning, and marketing of new products. The solution gathers real-time consumer data and applies predictive analytic models to create insights. Merchants use it as a tool to understand what consumers value and will ultimately want to buy; while marketers use it to gain insight into customer demographic information, enabling targeted marketing for new products.
