In London, Omnicom-owned brand and communications research consultancy Hall & Partners has promoted Sue Klinck to the newly created role of Global Head of People and Culture.Klinck (pictured) joined the firm in 2005 as an Account Director, and has since led large teams across the UK and US offices - initially as a Research Director, and more recently as a Partner. She began her career as an Account Executive at GfK.
In her new position, Klinck is responsible for developing and implementing Hall & Partners' Global People strategy. She will work closely with Chief Transformation Officer Richard Owen, to identify 'talent of the future' and support growth across the brand's nine global offices. Commenting on her appointment, Klinck said that top of her agenda is unlocking the power of existing and new talent through the firm's dedicated learning and development programmes, and cultivating an inclusive and flexible working environment that supports and encourages diversity.
