Geneva, Switzerland-based crowdsourced consumer research specialist Catalyx has moved stateside, with the opening of new offices in Chicago, where it has hired Nicole Munsey as Head of Accounts North America; and Cincinnati, where Debbie Arnold joins as Senior Account Director.
Launched in 2012, and with additional offices in London, Catalyx offers a suite of solutions to capture data from hundreds of thousands of consumers in more than 40 different languages, across five continents. This allows the company to process and analyse millions of pieces of text, photos, videos and numeric content. Using the firm's services, clients can tap into consumer data at source and uncover insights into how they behave, shop, choose, use and evaluate. Crowds of consumers can also be engaged to help clients with their innovation initiatives.
As part of its expansion to the US, the firm has appointed Munsey, who joins after more than five years at Ipsos, where she latterly served as SVP, responsible for growing and managing Ipsos Marketing's largest account. In addition, Arnold joins with a background that includes most recently working for Interbrand as Senior Director, Client Development, and senior roles at BI Worldwide, Nielsen and Affinova.
Company CEO and founder Guy White (pictured) said of the expansion: 'We've gone stateside, with the official opening of our newest office locations in Chicago and Cincinnati, USA. If you want to know how to persuade more consumers to buy more, more often, then why not say hello.'
