Mollie Spilman, Chief Operating Officer of ad targeting and retargeting specialist Criteo, is leaving the company on Friday to 'pursue a new career opportunity'. From next week, founder and CEO JB Rudelle will directly manage the Sales and Operations teams.Criteo combines predictive software and consumer intent / purchasing data to deliver targeted ads in real time, and has bolstered its offer with the acquisitions of performance marketing company BrandLogic and ad tailoring firm DataPop. The firm currently has 31 offices around the world, including a recently opened operation in New Delhi.
Spilman joined the firm's New York office in 2014 as Chief Revenue Officer, having previously worked for Millennial Media as EVP, Global Sales & Operations; and at Yahoo! as Chief Marketing Officer. Earlier, she was CEO of both Three Stage Media and TidalTV; and she worked for AOL Media Networks' Advertising.com division as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.
In a statement, Criteo said that as it progresses on its objectives, it is realigning the sales force under Rudelle (pictured), to ensure a faster execution of its transformation plan 'with a leaner and more agile organization positioned to win'.
