Culture Amp Unveils Employee Performance Forecaster

In the US, employee engagement, retention and performance platform Culture Amp has launched a prediction engine which forecasts employee performance and turnover risk.

From its offices in Melbourne, San Francisco, Palo Alto, London and New York, Culture Amp provides a platform which is used to collect, understand and act on employee feedback. The new AI-powered Foresight Engine taps into insights from more than 2,300 companies, three million employees and 165 million data points, spanning the entire employee journey from onboarding, performance reviews and engagement to wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.

Culture Amp will embed the new Engine across its predictive analytics, organizational network analysis and natural language processing tools, helping leaders and HR practitioners to spot underlying linkages between engagement and performance within their organization, and managers to take action and drive positive change throughout their teams.
