Delineate Opens Ops Centre in Wales

London-based insights and data firm Delineate has announced the opening of an Operations Centre in Newcastle Emlyn, West Wales.

The Centre will house development operations, production and IT teams as well as finance and marketing personnel, working closely with the client services and business development teams in other offices.
