Social media listening and analytics specialist Talkwalker has launched a new product called Customer Data +, which allows enterprises to analyze customer conversations from their own first-party data sources.
Talkwalker's analytics platform uses AI-powered technology to monitor and analyze online conversations in real-time across social media networks, news web sites, blogs and forums in 187 languages. Through the launch of Customer Data +, the firm's platform can now be used to run analysis on first-party text data such as customer service e-mails, chats, surveys, and call center transcripts.
