US-based research agency Gongos has opened a Strategy & Implementation practice, to help BtoC and BtoB organizations develop and embed customer-centric strategies into their organizations. The new division will be led by Amy Perifanos in the role of Vice President, Strategy & Implementation.
Gongos specializes in helping cross-functional teams gain and apply consumer insights, convert decisions into action, and manage organizational change. Its new practice focuses on competencies that support change management, employee experience and human-centered innovation. Perifanos (pictured) joined the company nearly twelve years ago, and most recently led the Design & Creative Communication practice. The latter will now be led by Creative Director Alex Awn, who joined the company in April.
In her new role, Perifanos is responsible for leading a team of business strategists, change management and implementation experts, and trend specialists who apply consultative approaches to developing customer-centered growth strategies.
