Deloitte Digital has launched a program in partnership with Adobe, bringing together customer and audience data in real-time, to help clients gain a single customer view and personalize their offers and experiences.'Lift Acceleration Program' combines Deloitte Digital's Hux with Adobe's Experience Platform and Experience Cloud and promises companies improved acquisition and increased customer lifetime value.
Barbara Venneman, Global Head of Deloitte Digital's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce practice, says the program 'aims to empower organizations to make the right decisions across all stages of the customer journey, by establishing the right operating model, culture, digital foundations and connections - between people, systems, data, insights and products'. Matt Thompson, EVP Worldwide Field Operations at Adobe, adds: 'Deloitte brings the know-how and expertise to design the right operating model and customer engagement platform to help enterprise customers realize the full potential of becoming data-driven, customer-centric businesses'.
