UK agency One Minute to Midnight has appointed Paul White as Senior Director. He joins from consumer insights agency BAMM where he was Strategy Director.Founded in 2016 by Paul Laver and Douglas Dunn, One Minute to Midnight focuses on what it calls 'the 4 Dimensions of being Human' - actions, emotions, thoughts and values - to help understand how people feel about a brand and how they behave towards it. The firm has officed in Central London and <30136New York.
White's experience is in cultural research and creative communications. He worked for seven years at Instant Grass, a market research firm in South Africa, then in early 2021 joined CrowdDNA, in London, as Director of Cultural Insights. He was then briefly a Director at youth-focused agency The Sound, before joining BAMM two years ago. Over the same period he has also worked for fifteen years as a freelance copywriter.
In his new job, White (pictured) will play a key role in helping evolve OMTM's client partnerships.
