Former Netigate Execs Set Up XM Firm digitell.me

In Germany, three former employees of survey software developer Netigate have set up an experience management (XM) company called digitell.me, based in Cologne.

Ted Osammor ,Christopher Morasch and Ole ScharpenTed Osammor most recently served as Netigate's Head of MR Sales for the DACH region, after working as a Sales Consultant for sample and panel provider respondi. Christopher Morasch was previously Head of Customer Relations DACH for Netigate, prior to which he was Head of Sales at Dalia Research, and he spent a decade at respondi, latterly as UK MD. Ole Scharpen was most recently Netigate's Head of Account management DACH.

Also on the team is Astrid Baering, previously Department Manager Market Research at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, where she gained many years of expertise in implementing software-supported feedback processes. Earlier, she worked for GfK as Client Service Manager.

The new firm develops artificial intelligence-based DIY software solutions to help organizations conduct feedback with fully automated, real-time results; and helps integrate its platform into customers' systems. The company also offers support for projects across customer experience, employee experience and market research.

Commenting on the launch, Scharpen said: 'Obtaining real-time data, combined with AI-supported analytics offers our customers a full range of new opportunities to keep track of important developments on both sides: the side of their customers and the side of their employees. Thus, organizations are able to react quickly'.
