Global shopper insights agency PRS IN VIVO has launched a suite of qualitative services called LAB (Leverage Authentic Behavior), to help clients tap into customer behavior across the new product development, design and marketing lifecycle.PRS IN VIVO was created in January 2016 by a merger, after acquisition by the BVA Group. Through a co-creation model, the new LAB suite works with clients' design agencies, consumers, and PRS IN VIVO behavioral, semiotic and ethnographic experts to uncover insights, which can then be used for developing new products.
Chief Innovation Officer Emilie Boutes Eberly (pictured), explains: 'LAB is designed to combine our behavioral framework, in-context modes of observation, and a rigorous approach to applying technology, to 'leverage authentic behavior'. With LAB, we become the eyes, voice, and pulse of consumers and shoppers, throughout the entire development and marketing lifecycle'.
