In the UK, Unlimited's customer relationship marketing specialist Prophecy and B2B specialist DirectionGroup are to be integrated into customer engagement agency TMW. Parent company Unlimited says the move will deliver solutions that focus on the entire customer experience.Bristol-based Prophecy applies insight, creativity, data and technology to predict changes in customer behaviour; while recently acquired DirectionGroup offers full-service B2B and technology marcoms services. As of 1 April, the firms will become part of TMW, which will operate with specialist divisions comprising integrated B2C marketing, B2B marketing, and activation, delivering creative solutions across the entire customer experience.
TMW will continue to be led by existing CEO Chris Mellish (pictured), who will oversee the team of 450 people working from offices in London, Bristol and Reading. Commenting on the news, Mellish said: 'Our integration with Prophecy Unlimited and DirectionGroup Unlimited only serves to strengthen TMW Unlimited's existing proposition for clients, adding best-in-class brand activation and B2B marketing to our offering'.
