In New York, Voice-of-Customer (VoC) platform Frame AI has raised $6.3m in a Series A round of funding, for use in strengthening its enterprise offer.Frame AI's product suite analyzes communication from millions of customers per month to inform data-driven customer experience (CX) initiatives. Using proprietary machine learning to alert clients about themes emerging from conversations, accounts or segments, Frame AI claims to be able to uncover issues long before they would appear in any other kind of VoC reports. The company says it is focused on making VoC part of daily customer operations, in contrast to the survey and analysis cycles associated with existing VoC platforms.
New funding has been co-led by G20 Ventures and Greycroft, bringing total venture capital funding including the firm's seed round led by FirstMark, to more than $10m. John Elton, Partner at Greycroft, comments: 'The Frame team is a group of top machine learning experts with a strong grasp of the challenges of AI adoption and a clear mission to transform customer experience. I'm honored to support them'.
Led by founder and CEO George Davis (pictured), the company is online at www.frame.ai .
