Employee Researcher Feedback Works Hires Two

In the UK, employee research specialist Feedback Works has appointed Louisa Howard as Operations Manager, and Caroline Brown as Managing Consultant.

Launched two years ago by Sam Dawson and Rob Browton, the company offers workplace feedback processes to identify areas for potential innovation and involvement, while keeping people engaged. Its 'oursurvey.works' product features a pre-designed questionnaire and survey process, intended to help small to medium-sized business focus on improving productivity and growth - in particular those companies that have run an employee survey and are struggling with improvement actions.

Howard joins with more than twenty years' experience in employee engagement, and a background in managing complex global engagement survey projects across a range of industries. She began her career at ORC International, rising to Research Director before joining Hay Group as Senior Project Manager. More recently, she worked as Operations Manager at workforce intelligence specialist Blue Provident.

Brown joins with a background in occupational psychology and move than fifteen years' experience working in employee engagement and insight. Her career started at Sirota Consulting (now Mercer), before she moved on to the Culture and Engagement team at Korn Ferry Hay Group as Associate Principal. She has extensive experience in advising global clients on their engagement and insight programmes across a wide range of industries, and in her new role will provide expertise and advice to clients around designing employee feedback programmes.
