Boston, MA-based communications platform Fuze has been awarded a patent for a system using machine learning to analyze live user data and historical communications patterns, to inform predictive models that can direct incoming requests from customers or employees.Fuze's enterprise communications and contact center platform allows home workers to communicate anywhere, any time, and using 'any' device; and to transition between calling, meeting, chatting and sharing, powered by intelligent cloud architecture. The firm's new US patent recognizes the Fuze solution, which helps organizations understand how to enhance and facilitate communication experiences, including how to best structure and manage resources to meet workflow demands.
Rob Scudiere (pictured), President and COO, comments: 'As the distributed workforce grows, facilitating meaningful communication experiences becomes increasingly complex, requiring more advanced technology. With the ability to leverage machine learning to intelligently analyze and act on available data, this patent optimizes the user's communications experience during a time when workers are relying on seamless communication more than ever to remain engaged and productive'.
