Customer modeling platform Genus AI has launched a new artificial intelligence solution for eCommerce and direct-to-consumer brands.The company matches customer data to thousands of external data points, to help contextualize desired customer behaviour; and uses an 'emotionally intelligent AI engine' to create insights about customer personalities, their needs and values, to create and classify archetypes. Its platform then builds predictive models without the need for coding; while also providing insights about the effectiveness of marketing content and creative.
The new Genus AI Growth Platform uses machine learning, content evaluation and customer modeling to power a suite of AI-based digital tools, creating customer models, segmentations and specific content evaluation for campaign conversions and ad spend ROI.
