In London, comms software and market intelligence firm Access Intelligence Group has appointed Phillip Palmer as Head of Corporate Strategy & Planning, and Michelle Goodall as Chief Marketing Officer.The Group provides marketing insight to support strategy, reputation management and engagement initiatives. Its portfolio includes Vuelio, delivering monitoring, insight, engagement and evaluation tools for politics, editorial and social media; audience intelligence and social media listening platform Pulsar; and ResponseSource, a network that connects media and influencers.
Palmer joins from behavioural planning agency Total Media, where he served as Head of Research and Insight, in a role which involved developing a Behavioural Insight unit. Pulsar formed an integral part of Total Media's behavioural intelligence technology stack. Goodall joins from SaaS community and messaging platform Guild, where she was Head of Marketing, having previously been Head of Digital at consumer PR agency Lexis.
