Kantar has announced an exclusive partnership AI-powered search intelligence company Adthena, whose worldwide search data will be integrated into the insights giant's Ad Intelligence platform.
Adthena's Smart Monitor technology allows search advertisers to constantly monitor for threats, while a new offering called Local View gives in-depth analysis of consumer and competitor opportunities within a locality such as a state, city or custom region.
Beginning with integrations in the United States, Brazil, Denmark and France, the partnership will give clients of both firms insight into nuances in consumer behavior across online media. Adthena will measure the top advertisers in search in a particular category and market, and report the data back to Kantar, according to the former's VP of Marketing Ashley Fletcher, quoted on mediapost.com. Adthena's 250+ clients include Kantar sister company GroupM.
