US-based research agency Gongos has promoted David Robbins to Vice President, Client Consulting, while appointing Lisa Brink as Senior Director, Client Consulting.
Gongos specializes in helping cross-functional teams gain and apply consumer insights, convert decisions into action, and manage organizational change. The firm's Strategy & Implementation practice helps BtoC and BtoB clients develop and embed customer-centric strategies. Robbins joined three years ago from GfK, where he led the Global Customer Experience practice, responsible for research and development to drive innovation in customer experience application and practice. Prior to this he worked for customer experience research firm Second To None as VP Client Services. He currently co-leads the development of a patent-pending analytical model, designed to strengthen 'customer performance'.
Brink began her career in marketing roles at TNS Gallup. Most recently, she worked at customer data solutions provider Elicit as Senior Director, Customer Strategy, having earlier been the firm's Director, Customer Strategy and Insights. Earlier she held senior strategy and insights roles at Advance Auto Parts and Best Buy, latterly that of Director, Consumer and Brand Portfolio Insights. In her new position, Brink will initially focus on account strategy, as well as diversifying the practice.
Commenting on the news, President and CEO Camille Nicita said: 'Both Lisa and David share in our mission to build greater reciprocity among consumers and corporations. We are thrilled to bring their critical thinking and hands-on experience as we help to reorient the relationship between customer and corporations'.
