20|20's Insights Consulting Practice Becomes Aspen Finn

In the US, qual technology-led research services provider 20|20 Research has spun out its insights consulting practice into a new agency called Aspen Finn, which will use cognitive psychology to deliver 'authentic consumer stories to help clients grow'.

Julia EisenbergLed by former 20|20 Research SVP Insights Julia Eisenberg (pictured), the new agency has been founded on the premise that to understand what consumers think, one must first understand how they think. Drawing on elements of perception, identity and experience theory, Aspen Finn's frameworks have been developed to help brands explore consumer behavior, understand the impact of communications, identify opportunities for innovation, and examine brand perception.

Eisenberg has already brought together the Aspen Finn team of more than 30 strategists, analysts, and research management execs with client-side and supplier-side experience at Schlesinger Group-owned 20|20 Research, QualVu, and iModerate. Commenting on the launch, Eisenberg said: 'Carving out a stand-alone agency marks a new chapter, and Aspen Finn evolved from a passion for understanding how human nature influences business.
