US-based MMR LIVE Experience Design has added Shelly Bouren to its team as VP of Strategy and Consulting. Bouren was formerly Head of Research for NBA team the Detroit Pistons.
The Pistons role involved crucial contributions to business decisions on ticketing, corporate sponsorships, operations, marketing and entertainment. Earlier, Bouren (pictured) worked in training and development to improve experiences for automotive sales and service customers, and before that she worked in senior marketing and advertising positions. In her new role, she will provide expanded support for business development and strategic consulting for clients looking to improve people relationships and experience development.
