London-based strategy and insights consultancy Rainmakers CSI has appointed Lucinda Davies, George Randell and Sotiria Kalpachtsi as Consultants.
The firm works with clients' existing research and data to uncover growth drivers and opportunities, using a method-neutral approach. Specialities include brand growth strategy, category strategy and segmentation, corporate and brand reputation, and brand positioning and communications.
Davies joins after a decade at agencies including Hall & Partners and ABA Research and following a temporary contract with Rainmakers. In her new role, she will focus on programmes which include large scale strategic quant studies or trackers. Randell, who joins from Savanta, has both qual and quant analysis skills which he will use to help develop consumer strategy programmes.
Kalpachtsi began her career as a graduate analyst at Nielsen and went on to work at Quadrangle on customer experience and customer journey programs for global brands. She will now apply her analytics expertise and wider research and consulting skills to segmentation programmes and other client deliverables.
