London-based and family-focused insight and creative marketing agency Kids Industries (KI) has partnered with similar agencies in France, Germany and Spain to create a European industry network called The League.KI employs a team of researchers, marketers, designers, strategists, 'geeks' and psychologists, who launch new web sites, TV stations and products for clients. For The League, it has partnered with Com des Enfants (France), KB&B (Germany) and The Modern Kids & Family (Spain) to bring specialist surveys, strategy and design to clients worldwide.
To kick off the partnership, The League has conducted a collaborative insight piece which has highlighted 'marked differences' in children's and parent's preferences from one country to the next. KI CEO and co-founder Gary Pope comments: 'The League means we can exchange insights and opinions across borders to the benefit of all five agencies, and share that insight with clients in FMCG, gaming, entertainment, not for profit and travel. But more importantly, it means we can harness our collective agency power to activate European-wide brand campaigns for clients and call on recommend trusted local partners with whom we share a core vision and values when our clients want to expand into new markets'.
