Further Names Operations Director

Online MR and technology company Further has appointed Gemma Stephenson as Operations Director.

Further develops online research communities, and provides services ranging from a self-service qual research platform to managed services and full service research. Last year, the firm launched two tools on its Together platform, one for analysing unstructured data and the other for concept testing; and it added a feature called Stream, to help researchers sort and review data collected on its online qual platform Together.

Stephenson (pictured) joins from customer experience consultancy Watermelon, where she served as Project Director, supporting the growth and development of client accounts. Before this she was Business Development Manager, EMEA for ActiveGroup, which provides video streaming to the market research industry, and she held senior roles at Populus, e-Rewards and Medefield, having begun her MR career in field operations at healthcare fieldwork agency Alexis Medical.
