In New York, consumer insights provider Feedback Loop has raised $14m in an add-on Series A round of funding, which it will use to accelerate product development and drive adoption of its platform.
Previously known as Alpha, Feedback Loop offers a platform for rapid consumer feedback, designed for use by non-specialists such as product teams and marketers. The tool automates research processes such as generating surveys, sourcing consumers, and analyzing and uncovering insights across areas including message and concept testing.
New funding has been led by Crosslink Capital, with participation from Equinix, Coupa, Chime, Weave and Spider Capital, and brings the total Series A round to $24m, and total funding to date to $29m. Rob Holland (pictured), CEO of Feedback Loop, comments: 'With the support of our investors and growing demand from our new and long-term customers, we're breaking down the barriers that stand between brands and the consumers they serve'.
