Reimagine founders Davis and Price Leave Dynata

Reimagine founders Hugh Davis and Keith Price have decided to step back from the day-to-day involvement in the business now that it has been fully integrated into Dynata.

At the beginning of 2019, Dynata acquired consumer insights and marketing services group Reimagine Holdings, which at the time, comprised several business units including online survey and digital data specialist Critical Mix; SaaS data analysis and visualization platform MarketSight; and PopResearch, an automated brand and communications MR platform. Dynata described the group as 'one of the world's largest providers of actively managed, permissioned first-party data', and said that the combination would allow it to capitalize on Reimagine's automation, software, fraud-prevention technology, and AI tools and platforms.

Following the takeover, Davis and Price agreed to join the Dynata executive team, to ensure the successful integration of their company and its assets. Both say they have confidence in Dynata's ability to address the needs of clients, positioning them, and the company, for continued growth.
