San Jose, CA-based UserZoom, whose 'Experience Insights Management (XIM) platform' helps businesses gather and integrate UX and CX data and develop strategies accordingly, has raised $100m in a funding round; and has acquired 'experience insights hub' EnjoyHQ.
The round was led by Owl Rock, and the funds will be used to continue development of XIM.
EnjoyHQ allows clients to bring customer feedback and research findings from multiple and diverse sources together in a single platform, helping teams to collaborate. The buy will strengthen UserZoom's existing ResearchOps capabilities, and co-CEO and co-founder Alfonso de la Nuez (pictured) says a product integrating the two firms' technologies will be available in the second half of 2021.
UserZoom, which has partnered with researcher Fuel Cycle and acquired firms including research tech company YouEye in 2016 and UX insights specialist Validately in 2019, has offices in four countries and is online at www.userzoom.com .
