UK-based customer insights and communities platform developer STRAT7 ResearchBods has launched a sentiment analysis tool called Conversation IQ, part of its ex-plor insight community platform.
The firm says its new tool allows researchers to pull in large quantities of qual data from within an insight community, then analyse it for entity and sentiment 'more effectively' using an AI driven engine with natural language processing. The tool finds and displays key themes and entities from areas across a community, including discussion rooms, social hubs and forums, displays them as word clouds or multiple graphs, and makes them available in a dashboard for analysis by factors including task type, date range and language.
CTO Dave Naylor says of the launch: 'We pride ourselves on combining people experts with next gen technology and innovation. This approach allows our clients to get to the heart of consumer messages, to make better decisions and ultimately grow their business. Conversation IQ is a great example of this vision in action. Taking thousands of unstructured data points from across an insight community and using the power of text analytics and machine learning, we can drive research professionals towards key themes and compelling insights much faster than ever before'.
