Momentive has adapted its SurveyMonkey Enterprise app for Zoom Video Communications, in order to deliver an embedded feedback experience through Zoom meetings.
The recently renamed firm offers purpose-build solutions across five categories: market insights, brand insights, employee experience, customer experience, and product experience. Its Enterprise version was developed for companies wanting to gather, compare and share business-related feedback data.
The new 'SurveyMonkey Enterprise app for Zoom' in-product app aims to deliver stakeholder insights to boost engagement and value from employee meetings, enable customer teams to deliver pulse checks for clients, and help healthcare providers deliver better patient experiences by incorporating a feedback mechanism during telehealth appointments.
