In the US, customer success intelligence specialist CompleteCSM has closed a $500k round of seed funding, which it will use to deepen partnerships with pilot customers, integrate with tech partners, and read its biometric, emotion and sentiment data.Founded last year by Bryan Plaster and Bhupendra Chopra (pictured L to R), CompleteCSM offers an AI-based platform to help organizations capture every customer interaction, understand what is being said, and deliver insights. It also offers a digital coach to teach teams how to work with customers using emotional intelligence (EQ).
New funding has been led by Griswald Investments, with participation from individual investors, and will be used to add product breadth and accelerate revenue monetization of the platform. Chopra comments: 'This investment provides the opportunity to further develop our product with deep learning ML and advanced NLP algorithms, and to deliver our product seamlessly into the customer success ecosystem'.
