In Singapore, WPP-owned media agency Essence has launched a service called Data Health Check consulting, to help brands develop their audience data strategies.
Essence combines data science, media and customer experience skills to help clients build connections between brands and consumers. The new service, developed by its Singapore-based innovation, research and development hub Essence Global Ventures, is designed to help clients unlock value from their audience data.
The service promises to help marketers accelerate their digital marketing transformation, and navigate the shifts in data, identity and privacy issues caused by changes in in user sentiment, regulations and technology. In addition, it provides a review of marketers' technology stack, data collection setup, audience management approach and data-driven paid and owned marketing activities.
EVP Kunal Guha (pictured), who oversees the direction and delivery of Essence Global Ventures' research and development efforts, comments: 'We are now at the dawn of a new era of marketing, defined by consumers' expectations around their data and privacy, and an industry looking to bring more personalised experiences to their consumers.
