In the US, Faulkner Strategic Consulting has been renamed Faulkner Insights, to better reflect its core offer - providing 'consumer and market insights that drive innovation to grow brands'.
Launched in 2014 by former long-time Procter & Gamble consumer and market knowledge exec Sarah Faulkner (pictured), Cincinnati, OH-based Faulkner Insights delivers custom research solutions to uncover human insights and find stories in data. Services include qualitative, quantitative, and secondary/desk research, with specialisms such as market and trend assessments, consumer targeting through segmentation and ethnography, concept testing and co-creation, and insight audits.
Commenting on the rebrand, Faulkner said: 'One of the hardest things in business is to stop doing something that seems to be working now, in favor of something that will help you win in the future. We are making this name change to focus on what matters most to our clients - the insights they get to drive innovation and grow their business.'
