US-based sample solutions provider InnovateMR has promoted Chief Research Officer Lisa Wilding-Brown to the role of CEO. Co-founders Matt Dusig, George Llorens and Gregg Lavin, along with company President Michael Anderson, move to the firm's Board of Directors.
Headquartered in Calabasas, California and with offices in Connecticut, London, Ahmedabad and New Delhi, InnovateMR promises 'Faster Answers' from business and consumer audiences, with B2B panels of professionals including small business owners, developers and IT decision-makers. Wilding-Brown (pictured) joined in 2014, after four years at uSamp (formed in 2008 by Dusig and Lavin), where she served as SVP, Mobile Business Solutions. She began her career at Harris Interactive in 2003, rising there to Manager, Panel Loyalty & Retention.
During her time at InnovateMR, Wilding-Brown has helped develop the company's insights platform, the Vision Suite; data quality methodologies; panel recruitment; and research-on-research initiatives. She is an ESOMAR Council member, Insights Association Laureate, WIRexec program member, and founding member of the Multicultural Insights Collective.
Dusig, Llorens and Lavin previously served as Joint MDs of InnovateMR. The Board will continue to work alongside the executive team with a focus on expanding the company's B2B research solutions and insights technology stack. Anderson comments: 'The Board's decision to appoint Lisa to this role was unanimous; it felt like the natural time for our company to centralize our leadership structure in preparation for our next phase of accelerated growth. Lisa and the entire executive team represent the best and brightest in our industry'.
