Xandr, the advertising and analytics division of AT&T, has appointed Masatsune Shironishi as Managing Director, Japan, and Nicole Prior as Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand.Xandr was formed in 2018 as a division of telecoms giant AT&T, combining data on customers with advertising technology to find and reach specific audiences at scale. Shironishi joins from mobile ad targeting firm Amobee Japan where he was Country Manager, before which he held senior sales and product roles at Open Table, Elsevier and Microsoft. In his new role, he will be responsible for localising go-to-market efforts.
Prior, who will join on 1st November, most recently served as Chief Media Partnership Officer as UM Australia. Before this she worked for MediaCom as Chief Investment and Growth Officer, as National Investment Director for Starcom Mediavest Group, and in senior positions at Finecast, Ikon Communications, Network 10 and Seven Network.
Both will report to Head of Global Regions Jerome Underhill, who comments: 'These senior leadership appointments are reflective of the broader investments we are making throughout APAC to allow us to best serve our expanding set of customers'.
