Digital Insights platform Heap has appointed Steve Love as CFO, joining recent C-Suite additions Sean Andrew - Chief Revenue Officer - and Chief Customer Officer Ahmed Quadri.
Love (pictured) brings almost thirty years of financial experience to Heap, having led growth strategy and data-driven decision making at Juniper Square, Dialpad, Mblox, Informatica and E&Y; overseen more than $500 in VC fundraising; and headed up buy- and sell-side M&A transactions totalling more than $1.2bn+ in value.
CEO Ken Fine comments: 'We're excited to welcome Steve to Heap's executive team at a critical inflection point for our company. As we accelerate our growth and rapidly scale, it became clear we needed a CFO with experience leading multiple technology companies through this critical stage. Steven's experience, drive, and knowledge will prove enormously valuable as we continue to grow market share and deliver market-leading insights capabilities to thousands of companies worldwide'.
Fine recently took over as CEO from co-founder Matin Movassate, and Heap has also recruited Rachel Obstler as EVP of Product and David Fullerton as EVP of Engineering. The firm now boasts more than 8,000 users and net ARR at a rate of 224% CAGR year-over-year; and recently launched a suite of data science capabilities called Illuminate, which automatically surfaces high-impact insights about user behaviour.
