DoubleVerify Adds Two to Board

US-based digital media measurement, data and analytics firm DoubleVerify (DV) has added long-time American Express exec Rosie Perez and former GoDaddy CEO Scott Wagner to its Board of Directors.

Acquired by private equity firm Providence Equity Partners in 2017, DV offers MRC-accredited software that verifies the quality and effectiveness of digital ads. Its DV Authentic Impression solution provides clients with a single KPI to ensure each ad impression is viewable, fraud-free and meets brand safety requirements; and the firm also offers a suite of media authentication services called IQ Advanced Solutions, to increase the transparency and performance of video and display advertising across mobile and desktop platforms.

Perez has spent fourteen years in the American Express Finance department, and currently serves as SVP, CFO of the firm's Global Commercial Services (GCS) segment. Wagner previously led web host and domain registrar GoDaddy, having earlier been the firm's President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and worked at global investment firm KKR. At DV, Perez will be a member of the Audit Committee and Wagner will serve on the Compensation Committee.
