New HR and AI Leaders for Streetbees

London-based mobile intelligence platform Streetbees has appointed Charlotte Forsyth as VP People, and Anthony Brew as VP Artificial Intelligence. The firm also recently brought in Sean O'Connell as VP Product.

The firm collects views and experiences 'in the moment' from its millions of 'bees', panellists in 150 countries - focusing on 'minute, specific consumption moments' and including open text, photos and videos. Analysis powered by AI and machine learning decodes the resulting data.

O'Connell worked previously as Chief Digital Officer of Ascential; and was earlier Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Paysafe Group, and Product, Technology and Insight Director at Weve.

Forsyth (pictured top) is a former Facebook Employee Relations Business Partner, and joins from WorldRemit where she was Chief People Officer; she also worked as part of the Global Insights management team at Kantar. Her experience includes scaling rapidly growing tech organisations and understanding complex people challenges across digital environments.

Brew (below) takes the newly-created AI role with a Ph.D. in Machine Learning and twenty years' experience in software engineering and machine learning. This includes work in banking at Murex, in IT Operations at IBM and most recently in e-commerce at Zalando, where he led the NLP Center of Excellence.
