Employee Insight Platform New Possible Launches

In Manchester, UK, a new employee insight platform has launched. 'New Possible' promises a '360-degree solution' which helps clients understand their people and measures, assesses and benchmarks the culture of an organisation. SMEs are a particular target.

Founder Nate Harwood - formerly the co-founder of Smart Money People, a financial services insight business that was acquired in 2020 - says the business has secured its first customer and is looking to grow rapidly over the next twelve months.

Employee insights are based around seven themes: Satisfaction, Wellbeing, Fatigue, Balance, Alignment, Relationships and Engagement, while organisational culture work is structured around 'the four drivers of culture': People, Purpose, Governance and Leadership. The firm says it will 'delve deeper into areas of the people experience that are neglected by traditional approaches', to build 'healthier businesses'. Subscriber organisations can access a library of ready-made surveys and a real-time insight dashboard.
