London firm Redblue has appointed Tim Coughlan as Associate Director, while Lydia McDonald joins as Senior Research Executive.Clapham-based Redblue offers a range of services for media, advertising and communications research; customer experience and satisfaction studies; qual and quant projects; and segmentation studies. Coughlan (pictured) joins from brand consultancy Yonder, where he worked for six years and latterly served as an AD supporting energy, telecoms and sports sector accounts. He began his MR career as an RE with Opinion Leader.
McDonald joins after four years at brand, communications and experience research specialist The Nursery Research & Planning, where as an SRE she specialised in brand and communications research in the charity, technology and financial services sectors.
