Ad targeting and retargeting specialist Criteo has appointed Ryan Cook as Managing Director, UK. He is based in London.
Criteo combines predictive software and consumer intent / purchasing data to deliver targeted ads in real time, and has bolstered its offer with the acquisitions of performance marketing company BrandLogic, online ad targeting specialist DataPop, and programmatic ad tech firm IPONWEB. Cook (pictured) joins with twelve years' experience across the AdTech sector in both the US and UK.
Most recently, he worked at media platform TEADS as Deputy MD, leading the firm's cookie-less solution in the UK market. Prior to this he was an Account Director at AOL Platforms, having previously been an AD at Millennial Media (acquired by AOL). He also worked for ad technology platform Nexage (now called OATH) as Demand Services Manager, before its acquisition by Millennial Media.
In his new role, Cook will be responsible for setting local strategy and vision for the market, and developing new products to grow both the new and existing portfolio of accounts across all Criteo business streams.
