Florida-based data collection firm Global Survey has acquired a minority stake in Canadian artificial intelligence-based DIY MR platform Emozo Labs, for an undisclosed sum.Emozo offers a platform which helps clients understand who their customers are and what they feel about advertising and products. Through AI, the company bases data collection on cues from a customer's attention, conversation and emotions, with customer feedback gathered through remote studies, and data used to refine communication, content creation and product design.
The two firms began partnering a year ago, and Mayank Bhanushali, the founder and MD of Global Survey, comments: 'We knew that partnering with Emozo Labs was key to upping the ante on what is already an easily navigated and straightforward marketing research solution. Happy that this deal is now closed. I am super excited at the prospects that lie ahead, for both our entities'.
