International data collection and research services provider Schlesinger Group has launched a solution called Crowd Survey, to deliver large-scale insights in real time.
Available on the firm's QualBoard enterprise platform, Crowd Survey has been designed for researchers who need a quick, quantitatively scaled tool. Through the platform, clients can launch an interactive conversation with hundreds of consumers and view the aggregated results in real time.
Group CIO Isaac Rogers (pictured) says the tool has been launched in response to increased demand for research that combines the benefits of digital platforms with the real-time experience for respondents and clients. 'Crowd Survey enables users to run a real-time research engagement using a variety of question types asked of dozens or hundreds of respondents simultaneously, while at the same time allowing client stakeholders to join in and see the feedback from your crowd', he adds.
