Cint Names Executive Team Following Lucid Takeover

In the US, insight exchange and sample management platform Cint has announced details of its new executive team, following the takeover of research technology platform Lucid.

First announced last October, the $1.07 billion acquisition means that Lucid shareholders now hold approximately 17% of shares and votes in Cint. Following the takeover, Cint has brought together the people, products and industry relationships of both companies.

The Technology and Product divisions will now be led by former Lucid executives, Rick Pittenger, who has joined as CTO, and Bridget Bidlack, the new Chief Product Officer. Additionally, Jake Wolff, former Chief Commercial Officer is now Chief Revenue Officer, and JD Deitch has moved from COO to head up the integration as Chief Integration Officer.

Andy Ellis, former CRO of Lucid, will lead operations as the new COO and Felicia Winberg will serve as General Counsel. Tom Buehlmann (pictured), Joakim Andersson and Marie-Louise Howett will continue in their current roles as CEO, CFO and Chief Human Resources Officer, respectively.
