Shopper and product experience consultancy PRS IN VIVO has appointed long-time PepsiCo exec Mike Dillon as Global Head of Shopper. He is based in the US.
Owned by BVA Group, PRS IN VIVO applies behavioral science to understand shopping behavior and influence consumer choices. Dillon (pictured) joins with 25 years' experience of the brand, innovation, and shopper space. Most recently, he was SVP, Shopper Engagement at activation agency DonerCX, 'Captain' at Seven C's Marketing, and Executive Director Brand Activation and Shopper Marketing at Colangelo Synergy Marketing. Prior to this, he led the shopper marketing function for agencies MDC, Omnicom and Catalina, developing insight-driven shopper engagement plans which used shopper technologies and tools. Earlier, Dillon spent seventeen years at PepsiCo, leading new product launches, packaging development, and shopper marketing.
