Kantar Public has appointed four new members to its UK Qualitative Practice - Matthew Holt as Qualitative Research Director, Jo Bolton as Qualitative Director, Milo Warby as Associate Director, and Samantha Outhwaite as Research Manager.
Established in 2016, Kantar Public pools expertise from around the group to offer advice on the delivery of public policy, services and communications. Holt joins from The Behavioural Insights Team, where he led exploratory research to better understand individual and group behaviour. In his new role, Holt will continue his work with vulnerable and marginalised audiences, and focus on driving change through participatory methods and public engagement. Bolton has more than twenty years' experience as a researcher, having worked both agency-side at Kantar Millward Brown, Brunswick Group, and Opinion Leader - leading large, deliberative consultations for government, and client-side at the Princess Alice Hospice and Siemens.
Warby most recently worked at Yonder Consulting (previously Populus Group), where he was part of the Customer Understanding team. He has a particular focus on education and young people, having begun his career as a youth insight specialist focused on safeguarding children online. Outhwaite previously worked for the ADAS Policy and Economic team and ICF Food and Environment team as a Principal Consultant. She has more than ten years' research experience across the academic, consumer and consultancy sectors. In her new role, Outhwaite will be continuing her work on environmental policy and supporting the ongoing development of Kantar Public's creative and ethnographic methods.
Commenting on these recent appointments, Craig Watkins, CEO, Kantar Public UK, said: 'With Matt, Jo, Milo and Sam, we add four outstanding experts in high quality qualitative research to our fast-growing UK business. Their expertise in their individual policy areas and methods will bring our clients closer to people's real experiences in their local communities and provide a greater understanding of their attitudes and behaviour.'
