Melbourne-headquartered Glow, which was formed in 2013 by former PricewaterhouseCoopers director Tim Clover, delivers survey building tools, audience integrations and data analysis features. Most recently, he worked at NielsenIQ, latterly as Executive Director - Product Leadership, in charge of the firm's product strategy across consumer panel and scan market data for the Pacific region. Prior to this, he was Nielsen's Executive Director - Head of Retailer Services; having previously been General Manager of Intelligent Shopper Solutions at loyalty analytics company Aimia; and an Analyst at Beyond Analysis and dunnhumby; after beginning his career client-side at the AA.
Commenting on the appointment, Clover said: 'Mike has a depth of knowledge in data products and the FMCG sector that is exceptional and his international experience is really valuable as we scale up in Europe and the US. Most importantly though, he's aligned with our vision to help businesses have more impact and he's got the attitude and smarts to help make our team even more effective.'
