Auckland-based creative services agency Proximity NZ has launched a customer experience management (CXM) division, and named Kate De Marco and Nathalie Philippsen as its Co-Directors.Proximity's multi-discipline planning specialists, in partnership with the group's data insight agency, Perceptive, and human behaviour agency, Sapien, identify the factors driving customer behaviour. Specifically, Proximity uses research, insights and data to solve issues, understand motivations and behaviour, and deliver strategies that connect across a customer journey.
The group's new CXM division uses consultancy methodology to understand the underlying issues impacting customer and business value. Its team will work closely with Proximity NZ's Director of Technology, Director of Strategy and Chief Creative Officer, to help examine all elements impacting the customer experience - from business processes, data and tech, through to people.
The unit is led by Philippsen, previously a Senior Business Director at Proximity NZ, and De Marco, formerly a Planning Director at Proximity NZ, who have a combined 30 years of experience in data-driven marketing. Chris Pescott, CEO at Proximity NZ, comments: 'It's awesome to see this new division come to life and already achieve exceptional results for many of our core clients who are looking for sustainable business growth in a time of constantly changing business conditions.'
